A key aspect of our energy practice involves the power generation industry, including renewable energy, biogas and waste. Members of our team have negotiated and drafted several agreements including concession, power purchase and construction and engineering contracts and have also handled contractual arrangements for power plants in the region. We also advise client on tenders and project documentation for engineering and energy projects including the development, construction, operation and maintenance of power plants and bids for power plant generation licences.

We also provide advice on a wide range of project matters including concession agreements, project documentation, engineering procurement construction and commissioning contract (EPCC), project management agreement and other projects or construction-related legal documentation.
