Faiqah Nadhra is an associate of the firm, focusing on corporate practice. She has been exposed and involved in a wide range of corporate, banking as well as financial matters, and has gained significant experience in dealing with exercises relating to mergers & acquisitions, along with drafting legal opinions on the same.

Faiqah Nadhra has also been involved in several legal due diligence exercises by conducting risk and compliance checks, administer assessment, as well as verifying facts and information namely on financial, licenses and employment matters. She has conducted a number of legal research relating to employment law and licenses under the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission and Private Healthcare Facilities and Services.
