Irdina is an associate of the firm being led under the guidance of Mr. Mohamed Ridza and Puan Naseem. She is currently involved in assisting the partners in documentation, corporate advisory work as well as conveyancing matters.

Amongst the matters that she has been exposed to include the following:

• legal due diligence exercises on companies from different industries including real estate and property, health & wellness and technology-based services in relation to SRI Sukuk and sustainability-linked financings, and/or acquisitions of property and/or investments;
• assisted in the provision of legal advice for public and private companies which requires legal research on multiple areas of law and policies in Malaysia revolving around sustainability such as development and land use, industrial and employment law, oil & gas, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering policies and policies under Bank Negara Malaysia and Securities Commission Malaysia;
• drafting of legal advice to a state government-backed company in Malaysia in relation to corporate structure and compliance with licences under ministries in Malaysia;
• documentation process for rectification of titles for a few housing projects; and
• conveyancing and real estate matters.
